Order processing cut-off time

United Kingdom

Orders received before 2pm Monday – Friday will be shipped the same day. Orders received after 2pm Monday – Friday will be shipped the next day.

No shipments will be made on Saturdays, Sundays or on English public holidays. Any orders received after 2pm on a Friday or preceding a public holiday will be shipped on the next working day.

Christmas and New Year schedules will be advised in November. 

 

Shipping Costs

United Kingdom 

Free delivery is provided on all orders with a value above £150 (excluding VAT), to anywhere within the United Kingdom, including Highlands and Islands.

For any orders under £150 (excluding VAT and shipping) a shipping fee of £7.50 (excluding VAT) will be applied.

 

Expected delivery times

United Kingdom

Parcels are typically shipped using Royal Mail Tracked 24 or DPD next day. Other carriers may be used at our discretion where circumstances dictate. Deliveries to mainland UK will, in most cases, be next day. Deliveries to Northern Ireland, Highlands and Islands are on a two-day service (allow 72 hours max.).

Tracking information will be provided in the despatch confirmation email.

Whilst every effort will be made to deliver items within the stipulated timeframe, TSK UK is not responsible for delays in the delivery process of the chosen carrier.
