Delivery and Returns
Order processing cut-off time
United Kingdom & Republic of Ireland
Orders received before 2pm Monday – Friday will be shipped the same day. Orders received after 2pm Monday – Friday will be shipped the next day.
No shipments will be made on Saturdays, Sundays or on English public holidays. Any orders received after 2pm on a Friday or preceding a public holiday will be shipped on the next working day.
Christmas and New Year schedules will be advised in November.
Shipping Costs
United Kingdom & Republic of Ireland
Free delivery is provided on all orders with a value above £150 (excluding VAT), to anywhere within the United Kingdom and the Republic of Ireland.
For any orders under £150 (excluding VAT and shipping) a shipping fee of £7.50 will be charged.
Expected delivery times
United Kingdom
Parcels are typically shipped using Royal Mail Tracked 24 or DPD next day. Other carriers may be used at our discretion where circumstances dictate. Deliveries to mainland UK will, in most cases, be next day. Deliveries to Northern Ireland, Highlands and Islands are on a two-day service (allow 72 hours max.).

Whilst every effort will be made to deliver items within the stipulated timeframe, TSK Laboratory is not responsible for delays in the delivery process of the chosen carrier.
Republic of Ireland
Parcels are typically shipped using DPD. Other carriers may be used at our discretion where circumstances dictate. Deliveries to mainland Republic of Ireland are on a two-day service (allow 72 hours max.). Delivery to Irish Islands may take longer.

Returns policy
Return Period
- Orders can be returned within 14 days of receipt.
- Recipient is responsible for arranging return carriage and associated charges.
Condition
- Items must be unused, in their original manufacturer-sealed packaging, and in saleable condition.
Defective or Damaged Goods
- If the device is defective or damaged, notify us within 7 days of receipt and provide photographic evidence of same.
- We will cover the return shipping costs for defective or damaged items.
Refunds
- Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned items.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Return Procedure
